·         Materials:

250 g snapper fish fillet, small cut
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
3 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp ang ciu
100 ml broth
100 g broccoli, cut by stem, blanching
1/2 pieces of instant block broth
1 tsp cornstarch


·         How to make:

1.    Mix the fish pieces with all the spices, let stand for a few minutes until the seasoning permeated.
2.    Heat oil, stir-fry the fish with the marinade, stir. Pour the broth, ripe broccoli input. Give it an instant broth, stir well, thicken with cornstarch that has been dissolved with a little water, stir, cook briefly, lift. Serve.
