·         Materials:

500 g noodles from 250 g dried noodles, drain

·         Ingredients:

2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
2 tbsp sliced scallion
1 tbsp sliced garlic
100 g peeled prawns, small slices
5 pieces of crab legs
10 pieces of fish balls
100 g mustard greens, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 liters of broth
1 Sachet dashi powder (seaweed broth)

·         How to make:

1.    Heat the oil, stir-fry the spring onions, garlic, and shrimp, green mustard inputs, sauteed briefly, lift, set aside.
2.    Boil the broth, add 1 sachet dashi, after boiling give a little fish sauce, stir well, lift.
3.    Take 5 food bowls, set noodles, topped vegetables, crab legs, and fish balls. Pour the broth into each bowl, sprinkle with fried onions.
4.    Serve with chili sauce.
