·         Materials:

150 g beef Sukiyaki sheet
150 g Japanese tofu, thinly sliced transverse
10 g glass noodles, hot water brew, drain
150 g white mustard, sliced
3 tbsp polyunsaturated margarine for sauteing
2 tbsp sliced scallion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1-liter seaweed broth (1 liter of instant dashi in 1 liter of water)
2 tbsp Kikkoman (Japanese soy sauce)
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1/2 pieces of instant block broth


·         How to make:

1.   Slide the margarine, stir-fry the spring onions and garlic, stir, the sukiyaki meat input, stir.
