·         Materials:

50 g onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp BBQ sauce, ready to buy
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
6 Chicken thighs
150 ml hot water



·         How to make:

1.    Mix onions, garlic, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper powder, and salt. Stir well.
2.    Soak the chicken thighs with spices, store in the refrigerator at least 3 hours for the seasoning to permeate.
3.    Put the chicken thighs together with the marinade in a slow cooker bowl. Pour water. Turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours)
4.    After the seasoning is seen starting to shrink, open the slow cooker lid. Stir the chicken, continue cooking while applying seasonings until seasoning pervasive (about 30 minutes).
5.    Turn off the slow cooker. Remove chicken and serve.
