  • Materials:

250 g lean beef
2 liters of water

  • Mashed Spices:

  • Sauce Ingredients:

10 Red cayenne pepper, boiled
2 pieces of red chili, boiled
1 tsp of shrimp paste

  • How to make Sauce:

Puree all ingredients into one, add a little lime juice, stir.


  • How to make:

1.    Boil the meat with water until soft and 1 liter of water to live, lift the meat, cut small, set aside.
