·         Materials:

150 g fish meat snapper, puree
100 g tofu, steamed, puree
1 tbsp unsaturated oil to saute
1 Bay leaves
3 pieces of orange leaves, finely sliced
1 tbsp tamarind water
1/2 pieces of instant block broth
2 tbsp tapioca starch
10 pieces of sate Lilit Bamboo

·         Mashed Spices:

·         How to make:
